The arts are an essential part of public education. From dance and music to theatre and the visual arts, the arts give children a unique means of expression, capturing their passions and emotions and allowing them to explore new ideas, subject matter, and cultures. Art programs give is joy in every aspect of our lives.
About the founder.
Hi, My name is Ro. I created SheCreates Art and Fashion workshop summer of 2011 in Houston,Texas. Our first location began at the Third-ward Multi service center FREE of charge for young ladies ages 5-17 every Saturday.
My love for Fashion encouraged me to obtain a Associates of Liberal Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising where I was exposed to art classes, textile making, design and technology. Thereafter, I received an Bachelors of Science degree in Fashion Marketing and Design. My goal with this program is have an after school and summer outlet for kids with opportunities to embrace the arts and became more motivated to encourage them to create.
We have relocated to Atlanta, Georgia and I'm excited to experience with you how SheCreates Art and Fashion workshop will enhance your child's creative desire and academic achievement. I believe beyond the sheer fun of creating a unique piece, there are other benefits from art. Children improve their concentration and fine motor skills. It stimulates creativity. It even encourages risk-taking since the open approach of art celebrates differences. Currently, we are working on establishing our workshop into a non-profit for after-school and Saturday classes in the Atlanta metro area. Now you know me, I look forward to being inspired by you and your talent.

Mixed Media Collage Creations
Our mixed media class is an amazing class that works with all mediums such as clay, paint, drawing, oil pastel, chalk pastel, charcoal, mosaic work and more (materials vary by month, study and projects)
We also study famous artists, art appreciation and history as well as important techniques.
Drawing and painting for children. Learn values,
texture, and perspective using pencil and colored pencil. Learn color mixing inacrylics and watercolor and various media.!
Doodler Class
Artist will create new skills and talents while designing unique creations using a variety of wonderful materials. Each Art class focuses upon developing skills, learning techniques and expanding self confidence.
